| Job Description | - Manage and follow up project cash advances request and settlement - Prepare and submit tax declarations, tax reports (VAT, PIT, tax assessment) as per Vietnam tax regulations - Control petty cash, cash in bank, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets - Review payroll and transfer salary to staff’s bank account - Control bank loan and payment - Keep track of service contracts, rebillable expenses and income - Participate, coordinate, and make recommendations on the Company's annual budget - Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements following the Vietnam Accounting Standards for presentation to the BOD, BOM - Complete consolidate report for Company - Ability to supervise all matters under Accouting Section |
