Job Description	Administration operations Update new regulation about accounting and tax thoroughly by using effective information channel Train accounting staff to fulfill necessary accounting task (A/R, A/P, inventory, etc.) Tax reports and Tax correspondences Support other departments when requested Set up and maintain the company''s accouting systems in accounting systems in accordance with local policies and procedures. Provide forcast report about cash in, cash out, analyzing report about difference between budget and actual Prepare budget report and sale target Monitor account receivables and credit management Monitor account payables In charge of internal and external audit Financial reports. Control tax reports includes monthly VAT, PIT, quarterly CIT and PIT, CIT finalization, others Control cash by check all payment via bank or by cash. Provide daily, weekly and monthly cash reports. Control accuracy and due date of year end finance statement. Work with audit team to finalize financial statement. Control accuracy and due date of monthly finance statement Chief Accountant tasks Cash flow projection and monitor Budget planning and preparation
