Job Description	- To execute the planning, implementation and management of sales - To organize business plan for sales - To control sales staff's business activity and improvement of ability - To build up customer satisfaction activities in sales business - To build & maintain good external relationship with concerning authorities and offices - Market research and Business information report - Research and report for the Vietnam market especially in agriculture machine - To build and maintain good relationship with dealers and customers - To build up for the sourcing business - To follow up and reply of dealer and customers when complaint problem occurs - To establish good partnership with other line managers to support the company’s business growth - To pursue any other requests and instructions from senior management
