| Job Description | ACC • Handling the internal & external audits. • Ensure the full compliance of the branch’s books, account management • Ensure the accuracy, and the deadline respect for internal & external reporting • Handling tax affairs to ensure compliance with local rules and tax circular • Contribute to the preparation of the Company’s yearly Budget HR • Be reponsible for labor control • Check the payroll caculation, PIT • Being in charge of recruitment and preparing relevant procedures for interview and receipt of new staff • Orientation training for new staff Following up attendance records; annual leaves, regulated leaves, etc • Handle all duties related to SI, HI, UI • PIT declaration and finalization • Drafting decisions on commendation and reward, appointment, discipline, termination of labor contract, and relevant letters Administration • Control and make confirmation of payment for Office expenses: Office machines, Stationery, Car, Taxi, Office rental fee, Houses, phone and internet charge, drinking water…. • Work with state authorities for administrative procedures |
