| Job Description | - Control tax reports includes monthly VAT, PIT, quarterly CIT and PIT, CIT finalization, others - Control tax reports made by accounting staffs - Monthly finance statement - Solve sudden works occuring in accounting department - Support other departments when required - Train accounting staff - Update new law of Vietnam - Accounting Department Management. - Advice the President about accounting and tax. - Co-ordinate and control the day-to-day activities in accounting department - Complete monthly, quarterly and annually Financial Statements including forecast and various detailed analyzes for BOD, Auditor, Banks,... - Control tax reports includes monthly VAT, PIT, quarterly CIT and PIT, CIT finalization, others. - Deal with Tax Department and related governmental authorities - Directly handle (review & approve) cost counting, prepaid expenses, payment to suppliers, cash in bank, payroll, and fixed assets - Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures - Financial reports.. - Other tasks as assigned by GD - Report to BOD |
