Job Description	Advise the Board of director about technical matters in mechanical workshop of the company Research, study and innovate to improve and develop mechanical products in the company Make business trip plan of department by year, month, week Assign, supervise, check, review, comments, suggest the reward and penalty for department’ staffs - Be responsible in managing the cutting process by CNC machines - Control the production operation, make sure all rules and regulations of company are implemented strickly Arrange and assign work efficiently for staffs Combine with the relevant departments to ensure production plan and product quality Review, research to propose improvement suggestion to strengthen working efficiency in order to reduce production cost Directly report to Manager and Director
