Job Description	• Provides a technical service to customers. • To support the technical service for market as needed. • Control and maintain the service tools and equipment in storage. • Manage the parts warehouse for warranty and improvement. • Cooperates with Yanmar colleagues and dealers’ staff for machine improvement as required. • Maintains open and effective working relationships with dealers and staff in the company and Yanmar Group. • Provides timely and accurate reporting of service activities and information to the Technical Manager and General Manager of Customer Service. • Report to Technical Manager
