Job Description Acts on Constructive Feedback
Assists for After-Sales Support (following-up on orders to ensure satisfactory completion of JX NOE's contract terms (requirements, delivery, payment schedule, etc.); troubleshooting problems in a timely manner; developing new marketing channels)
Assists in purchase orders (following purchase orders and other shipping documents; keeping track of purchase orders; writing cost reports)
Communicates with Customers/Vendors (exchanging information through telephone, fax, e-mail, and business trips; communicating with vendors; following-up to ensure problems or claims are corrected)
Contributes to Team Effort
Keeps Management Informed (identifying strengths and weaknesses of the JX NOE's processes and recommending changes; reporting problems immediately to Management verbally or in writing in order to avoid further problems)
Maintains Professional and Technical Knowledge
Manages Time and Resources (managing time and other resources (phone, fax, e-mail) in order to maximize productivity; covering for other Staff when needed)
Performs Marketing Activity (arranging supply issues with JX NOE's customers; supporting marketing targets; preparing marketing proposals; maintaining JX NOE's regular contact with customers through phone, fax, e-mail, and visits; assisting in resolving any problems; developing markeing channels)

Skill Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and/or government regulations in English.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals in English.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of Managers, Staff, clients, customers, and the general public in English.
Business-level ability of written and verbal Japanese preferred.
Ability to use standard algebra and calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Must be tactful, mature, flexible, and punctual. Must be friendly and able to communicate well with others.
Must have the ability to review, assess and understand basic documents with no advance exposure and then engage in discussions internally and with customers.
Must have the ability to analyze and utilize various documents, including invoices, contracts, purchase orders, etc.
Must be able to use a computer and such applications as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
