| Job Description | - Periodically assess the channel capabilities/gaps and initiate improvement programs - Prepare the annual sales target and project revenues from sales in consultation with Country Head and Marketing Head - Review month-on-month country sales performance, review the next three months sales forecast and finalize sales plan for monthly S&OP planning meeting - Monitor the performance of senior sales team (RSM/ASM) and identify improvement area/ training requirements - Review and approve the sales target set by each RSM for his region - Approve and implement Brand Positioning & Communication strategy - Responsible for conceptualizing the marketing plan; prepares all annual plans and budget planning activities for all brands - Liaison with external agencies and media houses in getting the different marketing related activities implemented on-time in a cost effective manner - Monitors the media buying and planning for the company - Monitors design and implementation of all ATL and consumer oriented BTL Activities |
