Job Description | Manage and do bellow tasks with junior staffs. ■Recruitment - To realize company work force strategy, hire good candidates from both Mid-career and Brand-new recruitment market. - Create recruiting strategy and plan based on mange met policy. - Do recruiting activity (Gather candidates, screening, interview and negotiation with candidates.) and achieve the target number of recruitment. - Build a relationship with university and Agent Company. - Do public relationship of company to recruitment market. ■Training - To realize company work force strategy, do measures to improve skill of employees. - Create training strategy and plan. - Organize training about technical skill, soft skill, quality management skill and language skill. - Promote employees to get certification which meet with needs of company. ■Admin - Managing the administrative part of office to ensure the comfortable working environment; - Prepare adequate office supplies. - Manage attendance record and business traveling for staff. - Handling legal paperwork for the company and - Executing all relevant internal communications/ events/ projects. ■Common - Manage budget. - Advise and establish policies and procedures, work force plan for the Company - Gather opinion from manager, engineer and top management and negotiate with them to realize recruitment, training and Admin policy. |
